On a recent road trip I heard an ad on the radio or tv, not sure which one, that was speaking of a new flea medicine that was supposed to be an alternative to Frontline. I thought I had remembered the name of it, but I cannot find anything on the internet about it. I believe the name of the medicine started with a "P". Does anyone know the product name of this flea treatment or anything about it?

What is the cheapest effective flea treatment?

I have 2 dogs (25lbs & 80lbs) 6 cats, and 7 kittens I am finding homes for. They all have fleas, and I am looking for an effective, inexpensive flea treatment for them.

Frontline doesn’t work on my bigger dog, and my cats are allergic to flea collars.

When can I bathe my dog? I put the flea treatment on him about 48 hrs ago.
I bathed him before but the treatment is oily and makes his coat look soaked in oil. I’m scared he will spread all oils on his bed and my bed where he likes to nap.The treatment is Sentry.

I used a hartz flea treatment on my dog it’s the one where you run the stuff down the back of the dog. It made my dog greasy and I don’t want to touch her and it makes her coat look gross. The package didn’t say when I can give her a bath and neither did the website.
