I have 2 cats, one is about 8 years old, and the other is about 5 months old. The kitten has a cat & kitten flea and tick collar, and the 8 year old has a cat flea and tick collar. The collars haven’t done much against the fleas, so we bought "OneSpot Treatment for cats and kittens" thats supposed to kill fleas. I want to know if it is safe to use both the collar and the OneSpot treatment? The OneSpot treatment looks like its liquid that you poor on its neck.

I have used Frontier or Advantage collars for fleas and it really worked. I believe my kitten may be too young for a collar now and I have some kitten flea powder will that work for now?
Where do I get these kitty flea drops at the vet or can I buy them @ Walmarts?

My kitten has fleas and I was wondering what brands some of you would recommend for a four month old kitten. I live in Indiana if that helps any decisions. I was also wondering what I should get to keep them away since recently he’s wanting to go outside but I’m not letting him until he has a collar, leash, and flea and tick repellant. Thank you in advance.
I was thinking that when I let my kitten outside that I’d have him on a leash and I’d stay with him. That way I can keep an eye on him. I figured that this would be the best thing to do instead of force him to stay inside and then on his first chance just dart outside.

I just rescued a kitten from the flea market. He is very tiny and have small black bugs all over him. They are bigger than fleas. They are black and have a little red on them. Any ideas on what they are and how I can get rid of them? Flea shampoo did not kill them.

I have two cats. One 7 years old and the other is 10 weeks old. I leave dry food out for both of them all day and I keep the kitten’s food in my room and the adult cat‘s food out in the hallway.
The kitten sleeps in my room at night and it seems that whenever I bring him out to play in the day time, he likes to run to the adult cat’s food. (Vice Versa with the elder cat.)
How do I keep them from eating each others food?
