While a new troop of ours is looking around for a new apartment, my husband and I are caring for her 6 month old kitten and dog. This morning, I made the lovely discovery of FLEAS on the kitten….and I’m betting the dog has them too because I see her biting herslef a lot.
Since I don’t know how long they’ll be here (could be a week, could be a month) and as of right now I have no contact numbers for her – would it be wrong of me to give flea treatments while they’re living under our roof?
[ I don't exactly want my cat getting their fleas. ]
We live in Germany – we only have AAFES stores around here for pet "supplies".

I’ve had my oldest cat for about 9 months, and ever since I got him, he’s had fleas. I’ve tried the back of the neck medicine, but it didn’t work. I got a new kitten the other day, and when I brought her home, she didn’t have fleas and now she does. I need a cheap flea medicine because I can’t afford Frontline or Advantage. Does anyone know a good OTC flea treatment or at least something under 50 dollars?
Thanks so much.
