My cat just gave birth 2 days ago. About 2 weeks ago I took her collar off and was afraid to use any flea treatments in fear of the chemicals harming the kittens. I noticed yesterday that her kittens had fleas too!!!! I couldn’t believe it! I want to treat them asap, but I really don’t know what the best method would be, and when I could w/out harming them? If anyone knows anything, please, help me out! Concerned cat lover, LV
I have 2 dogs (25lbs & 80lbs) 6 cats, and 7 kittens I am finding homes for. They all have fleas, and I am looking for an effective, inexpensive flea treatment for them.
Frontline doesn’t work on my bigger dog, and my cats are allergic to flea collars.
I have 1 week old kittens, how soon can i worm them? Momma cat had them in a dog house she sleeps in, have seen a couple of fleas on them. The spot where they were born has been cleaned. How soon can i put a little flea powder on them?
Our cats have fleas and we’ve tried everything. Are there any real alternatives to Advantage? We have 5 adult kitties and 4 kittens, so advantage is cost-prohibitive. I’m allergic to flea bombs, but I haven’t reacted badly to flea powder, so I could sprinkle that liberally on the floor, if need be. Suggestions, anyone?
